Mario G. Losano

Mario G. Losano ha insegnato filosofia del diritto e informatica giuridica, dedicandosi alle idee giuridiche latino-germaniche e alla loro circolazione anche extraeuropea. Ha esaminato la concezione sistematica (anche del primo Jhering) in Sistema e struttura nel diritto, vol. 1: Dalle origini alla Scuola storica (2002). Ha inoltre curato il Carteggio Jhering-Gerber 1849-1872 (1977), Der Briefwechsel zwischen Jhering und Gerber (1984), Studien zu Jhering und Gerber (1984), Der Briefwechsel Jherings mit Unger und Glaser (1996).
